Weather Synopsis

More clouds than sun today with scattered rain showers and a couple of thunderstorms.  Highs today were in the 60s with a few locations near Lake Superior reaching 70 degrees -- Highs today were 5 to 10 degrees cooler than normal for June 18th.

The weather isn't going to change all that much through Monday as low pressure north of Lake Huron this afternoon moves northeast to just east of Hudson Bay Canada by Monday afternoon -- An unsettled NW flow aloft will be found behind this low across the Northland with weak disturbances combined with some chillier temperatures aloft helping to produce scattered showers this evening and again Monday afternoon.  Note:  Another chance for scattered showers spreading NW-SE through parts of the Northland late Monday night as another disturbance moves quickly SE out of southern Manitoba Province.

Lows tonight will range from the upper 40s to mid 50s with highs Monday in the 60s to lower 70s.  Not terribly cold for mid June but a little cooler than what it should be for the time of year.

A few lingering showers are possible early Tuesday morning in parts of the area otherwise Tuesday is looking like a fairly dry day at the moment.  Highs Tuesday will be in the mid 60s to low 70s.
