I tried my best to make the map below as simple as possible.
Breaking it down further:
For the Twin Ports of Duluth and Superior:
-Rain develops this evening; Rain mixes with sleet or freezing rain on top of the hill after midnight while precipitation stays in the form of rain for locations below the hill.
-Sleet and freezing rain on top of the hill Wednesday morning with some ice and sleet accumulation expected. Rain or sleet should transition to mainly sleet for locations below the hill Wednesday morning with some accumulation of sleet possible, as well as some light ice accumulation from freezing rain.
-Little if any snowfall accumulation is expected in the Twin Ports.
-Precipitation will begin to diminish Wednesday afternoon.
Note: The Winter Weather Advisory for Duluth and Superior is in effect from 3 AM Wednesday til 7 PM Wednesday.
-Ice Storm Warning in far northeast Minnesota runs from 8 PM this evening til 10 PM Wednesday night.
-Winter Weather Advisory north of Duluth from 8 PM this evening til 7 PM Wednesday.

Note: After Wednesday's system exits the Northland will be left with chilly temperatures and possibly some flurries or snow showers on Thursday -- The next big system could affect us late this weekend, during the Sunday-Monday time frame...This storm if it comes far enough north could bring a decent amount of snow and gusty winds and possibly some mixed precipitation to northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin from Sunday into Monday.
